- We do not charge candidates any fees — ever.
- We redirect users directly to official company career pages to apply.
- We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Synckra (synckra.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses Synckra. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
About Synckra
Synckra is a career discovery platform. We aggregate publicly available internship, fresher job, and technology career opportunities from official company career pages and present them in a clean, searchable interface.
We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or hiring intermediary. We do not post jobs ourselves. We do not accept applications. We do not make hiring decisions. Our role is strictly to help candidates discover opportunities faster and more efficiently.
How Synckra Works
Understanding how Synckra works helps you understand your rights and our responsibilities:
At no point does Synckra handle, process, or store your job application. Your application is submitted entirely on the company's own platform, under their own privacy policy and terms.
Eligibility
Synckra is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are accessing Synckra from outside India, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations regarding online platform usage.
User Responsibilities
When using Synckra, you agree to:
- Use the platform for legitimate career discovery purposes only.

Job Information Disclaimer
Synckra aggregates job listings from publicly available sources. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any job listing.
- That a position is still open at the time you view it.
- That salary, location, or role details have not changed since we indexed the listing.
- That a company has not modified or removed the original posting.
Job listings may change or expire without notice. We strongly recommend verifying all details directly on the company's official careers page before applying.
Official Company Applications
When you click "Apply" on any job listing, you leave Synckra and are redirected to the company's official Application Tracking System (ATS) or careers portal.
Once you leave Synckra:
- You become subject to that company's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Synckra has no control over how the destination website handles your application or data.
- Any information you submit is between you and the employer.
- Synckra is not involved in any hiring decision, interview process, or employment outcome.

Third-Party Links
Synckra contains links to external websites, primarily official company career pages. These links are provided for your convenience.
We do not control the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the linked site. You access external sites at your own risk.
No Employment Guarantee
Synckra is a discovery tool. Using the platform does not guarantee:
- That you will receive an interview or job offer.
- That any specific position is available or suitable for you.
- That a company will respond to your application.
- Any specific employment outcome.
Companies control their own hiring processes entirely. Synckra has no influence over employer decisions, timelines, or selection criteria.
Intellectual Property
The Synckra name, logo, website design, interface, original content, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Synckra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Synckra's platform or content without prior written permission. Job listing data sourced from company career pages remains the property of the respective companies.
Availability of Services
We strive to keep Synckra available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience:

Indemnification
