About the Role
This is a hands-on building role focused on finding repetitive manual work across our operations, growth, and product teams and replacing it with AI. You will build internal tools, automations, and agents that save hours every week. This is not a research or prompt-writing role. You will understand each team's problem and ship the solution end-to-end using the modern AI stack. Strong performers have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role at the end of the six months.
Responsibilities
- Find repetitive manual work across teams and replace it with automation.
- Build internal tools, workflows, and AI agents, from quick scripts to small apps.
- Turn ambiguous problems into working solutions and ship them end-to-end, without hand-holding.
- Connect systems using APIs and webhooks.
Requirements
- Experience in any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.) along with any web framework (e.g., ReactJS, NextJS, FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Backend, full-stack, or frontend knowledge with demonstrable projects (shipping projects is a plus).
- Basic RDBMS and SQL understanding, plus a working grasp of APIs and webhooks and tools like Postman.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of AI coding tools like Claude (Claude Code), Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot.
- Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools like n8n and Zapier.
- Working knowledge of MCP servers, connectors, plugins, and skills.
- Available full-time for 6 months in Bangalore (in-office); graduating within 6 months or already graduated.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents, RAG, or multi-step agentic workflows.
- Understanding of advanced LLM concepts like harnesses, memory, loops, knowledge graphs, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with open-source AI models (HuggingFace, etc.).
- Experience with video generation and editing using generative AI.
