About the Role
Our team is looking for a proactive Supply and Demand Planner Intern to join the Automotive Aftermarket division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of spare parts and timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure the availability of Automotive Aftermarket spare parts in the central warehouse.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products according to customer-requested dates.
- Collaborate with production planners to discuss and follow up on production possibilities.
- Establish and communicate reliable delivery dates based on customer requests.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and define corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other relevant information to the Business Unit and Management.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate or a final-year student of Business Administration with a focus on Logistics (e.g., Faculty of Transportation and Traffic Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science, Faculty of Economics, or Faculty of Philology).
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, effective communication, and follow-up ability.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within an international team environment.
