About the Role
GE Vernova Advanced Research is seeking a Robotics Inspection Technologies Intern to work on cutting-edge inspection technologies alongside World-Class Researchers.
Responsibilities
- Implement real-time control and estimation algorithms on embedded systems
- Integrate electro-mechanical hardware and software components
- Implement computer vision algorithms (e.g., pose estimation, multi-view stereo) as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Adaptability to new technologies and programming languages
- Ability to read documentation and leverage literature to implement efficient solutions
- Strong debugging skills across software, electronics, and mechanical systems
- Willingness to work iteratively in an experimental environment
