Transport Intern - Outbound Deliveries

Responsibilities

• SAP Transport Support: Provide crucial SAP system support for organized transports, including shift work (up to 2 times per week, 11:00h - 19:00h).
• Customs Administration: Track, monitor, and close open customs declarations to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
• Logistics & Transport Coordination: Support the team in the daily organization, scheduling, and administrative coordination of transport activities.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Final year student in Transportation and Traffic Engineering, Organizational Science, Economics, or a similar field.
• Logistics Interest: General understanding and interest in logistics processes.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrates working accuracy, a detail-oriented, and customer-oriented approach.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
• Language Skills: Mandatory English skills; German is preferred.
