About the Role
As a Junior Specialist in Cybersecurity & OT Infrastructure, you will be part of the Bosch Group, working across various locations in the greater Linz area, with a strong focus on our Rexroth sites in Upper Austria. Your responsibilities will include:
- Holistic implementation of OT security guidelines based on IEC 62443 within the Facility Management of our sites.
- Execution of organizational and technical security measures, coordinating with other security departments to fortify our systems against cyber threats.
- Ensuring the secure operation and managing the technical and organizational lifecycle of existing applications and their associated infrastructure in Facility Management.
- Supporting the local rollout of new central applications as part of group-wide projects and subsequently overseeing their management.
- Actively contributing to physical site security and shaping the interface with underlying infrastructure, such as access control systems.

- Experience & Know-how: Initial exposure to cybersecurity standards, common server and client operating systems (Windows/Linux), network technology, cloud platforms, or AI applications is a significant advantage, though not strictly required. We are committed to providing the training you need to excel.
- Qualification/Enthusiasm: You are fascinated by the interplay of modern digital applications and infrastructure, as well as digital and physical security.
- Education: A completed education in Computer Science (e.g., an apprenticeship with at least three years of professional experience, a completed HTL, or a university degree) or an equivalent qualification.
- Languages: Very good proficiency in both German and English.
