Supply and Demand Planner Internship

Role Overview

As a Supply and Demand Planner Intern at BoschGroup, you will be integral to securing the availability and ensuring the on-time delivery of Mobility Aftermarket spare parts. This role involves active engagement with production planners, proactive problem-solving through root cause analysis, and comprehensive reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Securing the availability of Mobility Aftermarket spare parts in the central warehouse.
• Ensuring on-time delivery to meet customer requested dates.
• Collaborating with production planners to discuss production possibilities and ensure follow-up.
• Guaranteeing reliable delivery dates upon customer request.
• Conducting thorough root cause analysis and defining corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
• Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and critical information to the Business Unit and Management.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or last year student of Business Administration focused on Logistics (Preferably Faculty of Transportation and Traffic engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science and Faculty of Economics).
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with robust follow-up ability.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated willingness to collaborate effectively within an international team.
