About the Role

We are looking for a Student Care Intern who will be the first point of contact for students seeking support. The role involves handling student queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student queries through calls, chats, and emails.
• Understand concerns and provide accurate resolutions within the defined TAT.
• Take ownership of issues and ensure closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues when required.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service metrics consistently.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior customer support or call-handling experience is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Mandatory Languages: English and Tamil.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work remotely.
