About the Role

Sprinklr is looking for Software Engineer interns who possess strong competencies in data structures and algorithms. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside high-performing teams responsible for full product lifecycles and to solve challenging problems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to brainstorming discussions and help shape ideas across technology, algorithms, and products.
• Dive into challenging technical problems and consistently deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.
• Build reusable code, components, and libraries that strengthen long-term engineering efficiency.
• Develop full-stack features and rapidly construct minimum-viable products when needed.
• Stay curious and proactive about new tools, frameworks, and digital technologies relevant to our ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java and Python code.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in delivering on commitments.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and picking up requirements in an open, ambiguous, or fast-shifting environment.
• Ability to build and ship quickly while maintaining technical rigor.
• A collaborative, positive attitude and a strong work ethic—someone who uplifts the team and contributes to a healthy engineering culture.
• Stay curious and proactive about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, frameworks, and techniques that can improve engineering productivity and product capabilities.
• Hands-on exposure to AI coding/development tools for coding, debugging, testing, or prototyping.
