About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the customer-facing advocate for Razorpay's suite of products, providing technical implementation support for large enterprises. This role reports to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team and is crucial for the successful integration of Curlec’s platform with merchants, ensuring seamless payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of the entire product suite.
• Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge; an in-depth understanding of any coding language is essential.
• Represent Razorpay from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants.
• Ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Curlec by Razorpay and merchants.
• Support reactive queries and requests from Merchants within agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• Act as a key feedback channel for customer product requirements/expectations, closing the loop with the Product team.
• Help validate requirements in case of product customization requests from clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product-based payments or SaaS platform integrations, implementation, or solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs.
• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and ensure seamless platform integration for enterprise clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Preferably from a Fintech background.
