Responsibilities

• Build backend services and tools using Java and Python.
• Utilize AI development tools like Cursor, Claude, and other AI assistants daily.
• Rapidly prototype features and internal tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship features quickly.
• Experiment with AI-driven development workflows.
• Leverage AI for debugging, code generation, documentation, refactoring, and testing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Demonstrated experience using Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding tools.
• Ability to prompt AI effectively to solve problems.
• Enjoys fast-paced development and building things quickly.
• Has personal side projects, GitHub repositories, or experiments.
• Curious, self-driven, and passionate about learning new tools.

Bonus Points

• Experience building projects using AI APIs or LLMs.
• Uses AI to automate repetitive work.
• Contributed to open-source projects.
