Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a high-impact Full Stack Developer who enjoys building modern, scalable web applications and thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. This role is frontend-strong, backend-capable, and ideal for someone with a high learning velocity. You'll work closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship intelligent, user-centric experiences and help build AI-powered features from the ground up.

About the Role

This Full Stack Developer role is ideal for an individual with a high learning velocity, capable in both frontend and backend development. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to deliver intelligent, user-centric experiences and build AI-powered features from inception.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale web applications using modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Next.js).
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express / NestJS / Fastify or similar).
• Collaborate on AI integrations and intelligent workflows.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, V0, or similar) to enhance speed and quality.
• Work with Python for AI or data-driven integrations where necessary.
• Integrate AI APIs and LLM-based systems into product features.
• Contribute to building conversational applications — chatbots, AI assistants, voice bots, or IVR systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Angular OR React OR Next.js (expertise in any one, willingness to learn others).
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with responsive & component-based design.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security principles.
• Working knowledge of Python, especially for AI or data-driven integrations.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development — Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Antigravity, V0, or similar.
• Experience integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or conversational platforms (WhatsApp bots, Slack/Teams).
• Fast learner, strong ownership mindset, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
