Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Techdome is hiring a Full Stack Developer / Software Development Engineer in Indore / Hyderabad to design, build, and ship scalable web applications across four core product lines — an AI-powered recruitment & interview platform, a healthcare management portal, a stock trading & investment platform, and payments infrastructure. This role focuses on React.js, Node.js, REST APIs, payment gateway integrations, and AI-assisted development tools to build and deliver faster.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from architecture to deployment and post-launch optimization
• Build responsive UIs in React.js and scalable backend services in Node.js / Express.js
• Work with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis for data modeling, optimization, and caching
• Maintain REST APIs, third-party integrations, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices
• Use AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) actively in day-to-day development

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or Product Engineer
• Strong proficiency in React.js on the frontend and Node.js with Express.js on the backend
• Solid understanding of MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience building SaaS or product-based platforms — fintech, healthtech, trading, or similar domains preferred
• Proven, production-level experience with payment gateway integrations — Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or Braintree
• Familiarity with secure data handling — tokenization, encryption, PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliance awareness
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and system design
• Experience with Redis or other caching and NoSQL systems — including real-time data caching for market feeds
• Proficiency with Git-based collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum development practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stock trading platforms, order management systems, or financial data integrations
• Familiarity with brokerage APIs — Zerodha Kite, Upstox, Angel One, or similar
• Experience handling real-time data streams — WebSockets, SSE, or Kafka for live market feeds
• Experience with AI/ML API integrations or LLM-powered product features
• Exposure to healthcare data standards — HL7, FHIR, or ABDM (for India)
• Cloud experience — AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture
• CI/CD tools — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Automated testing practices — Jest, Mocha, or similar
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools — GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
• Exposure to agentic AI tools and workflows — LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Prior experience in a startup or product-based engineering environment in fintech, healthtech, or trading
