This role is fully remote and can be executed globally.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will use your creativity, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise to design tailored solutions that make a real impact. Embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, you will gain a front-row seat to high-stakes projects. This role involves taking full ownership of complex, high-impact challenges, from brainstorming technical architectures and product features to building full-scale integrations, ultimately helping clients achieve their goals and push the limits of what’s possible.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineers and executive teams to ensure the best use of ElevenLabs’ technologies.
• Drive real innovation by applying coding and technical skills to solve complex problems, making a tangible difference for customers.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers. (Experience from student clubs or side projects is acceptable, provided there is interest in close technical collaboration).
• Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, including a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially the ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and use logic to pursue optimal solutions.
