About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Windows desktop applications using C# .NET, WinForms, and WPF.
- Apply Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles to create maintainable software solutions.
- Build and test software features within a process-oriented development environment.
- Diagnose defects, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
- Assess the impact of fixes to support reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development processes to deliver planned work.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in software design and development.
- 1-2 years of experience in a process-oriented software organization.
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of C# .NET development.
- Proficiency in developing Windows desktop applications using WinForms and WPF.
- Experience applying Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles in software development.
- Hands-on experience across development, testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
- Ability to learn quickly, stay self-motivated, and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
