About the Role
This position involves supporting the Asset Information Management products. The ideal candidate will work with integrated applications in Customer Support.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to internal and external customers for product related issues
- Interfacing with internal customers, including software development and product planning
- Assisting with workshops and training as needed
- Performing technical tasks in support of installation and maintenance of IM Products
