What We're Working On
- Increasing developer productivity through AI Assistants (e.g., Amazon Q, Claude, Kiro, GitHub Co-pilot).
- Developing an AI platform for designing, building, deploying, and managing AI agents.
- Running and utilizing contextual LLMs and SLMs to solve business problems.
- Creating a comprehensive knowledge base, fostering awareness, and building a repository of AI within the bank.
Requirements
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on Backend Development: 1-3 years of core backend experience using Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or BI tools.
- Language Agnostic: High proficiency in at least one core language, with a strong willingness to adapt to new languages based on project needs.
- AI Orchestration Frameworks: Practical awareness or active utilization of agentic workflows suches as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Strands.
- Advanced RAG & Vector Databases: Practical knowledge of building Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector infrastructure like Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, Qdrant, or pgvector.
- Prompt Engineering: Experience in writing, testing, and optimizing prompts for deterministic, secure, and reliable LLM outputs.
Preferred (Plus) Qualifications
- Graph Databases & Caching: Exposure to Graph RAG concepts using Neo4j or semantic caching via Redis to optimize LLM response latency.
- Context Engineering & SDD: Experience in SDD or context engineering for complex banking data models.
- Traditional AI/ML: Foundational understanding of traditional machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and statistical modelling.
- AI Security & Compliance: Familiarity with guardrails (e.g., NeMo Guardrails) and data privacy techniques for safely handling sensitive data.
