About the Graduate Program
This two-year rotational program offers challenging 12-month missions in various Operations and Production domains. You will start with our team in Soignies, Belgium, before having the opportunity to undertake an international assignment at one of our other production sites in Europe during your second year.
Your First 12 Months: Maintenance Transformation
For your first 12 months, you will dive directly into a high-impact mission within our Maintenance team at the Soignies site. In this role, you will contribute to leading a major transformation by deploying a brand new maintenance process that will reshape the entire plant's operations. You will:
- Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Adjust) method with production and technical teams.
- Implement key internal KPIs using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Continuously seek to optimize and improve our daily operations. This role is as much about people as it is about processes. You will work closely with our field maintenance teams, driving change management and fostering collaborative cultural evolution to ensure this new working method is a shared success.

Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant engineering field: mechanical, chemical, electrical, energy, industrial, production, safety, or equivalent.
- First practical experience (e.g., internships, projects), ideally in an international production environment.
- Good level in French and English.
- Geographical mobility for missions across different sites in Europe during the program.
