Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning of production (work steps, workflow, production facilities, and time allocation).
- Generate production documentation such as assembly instructions and department reports.
- Cooperate with other departments regarding quality, procurement, or technical aspects.
- Support in problem-solving and continuous improvements of manufacturing efficiency.
- Assist in equipment modifications to improve productivity and product quality.
- Support with time schedules and production plans.
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in production and target achievements.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, or a similar field of study.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
- Proactive and structured work approach.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
