Product Integration Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Integration Engineer to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will enable smooth, scalable integrations of Phenom products into customer environments and act as a key technical partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Implementation team to understand client requirements and design integration solutions • Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools to facilitate smooth integration of our products with client systems • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the implementation process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new product features • Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-implementation • Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use our integration tools • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously improve our processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration, preferably in a customer-facing role • Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Need to have mongo DB knowledge. • Experience with integration tools such Apache Nifi, MuleSoft. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
