About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Frontend Product Development Engineer I to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in JavaScript, modern UI frameworks, and frontend development principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces for our AI-driven talent experience platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance responsive web applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with senior engineers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience across devices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver new features and improvements.
• Follow best practices in frontend development, including version control, testing, and documentation.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS and/or ReactJS.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
• Good understanding of browser behavior, DOM manipulation, and debugging tools.

Good to Have

• Exposure to TypeScript.
• Knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in frontend development.
