About the Role
Are you passionate about business operations, data analytics, and problem-solving? Looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? Join our team as an Operations & Analytics Intern and work closely with the Operations Lead to support business reporting, CRM operations, lead management, and performance analytics.
- Location: Marol, Mumbai (Work from Office)
- Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
- Analyze business data and support performance reporting.
- Assist in lead allocation and CRM operations.
- Maintain operational trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Support incentive and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Organization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Interest in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Eligibility: Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates pursuing/completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
