Responsibilities
- Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
- Design, develop and optimize machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
- Generate actionable insights for business improvements
- Be a proactive problem-solver, quick learner, and reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of discipline, ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Exhibit solid coding skills, with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Possess a good foundation of machine learning, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer architecture, mathematics, and statistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Fluency in a programming language (Python, C, C++, Java).
- 1+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language) is required by the job poster.
- 1+ years of work experience with C++ is required by the job poster.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, particularly in anomaly detection, predictive analytics, clustering, NLP, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, especially with AI/ML and data-related services.
- Experience working with databases, including relational, NoSQL, document, graph, vector databases and Elasticsearch.
- Experience in image processing is an advantage.
- Exposure to DevOps and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with AIS (Automatic Identification System) data is a plus.
- Experience developing chatbots, voice assistants, or customer service applications is a plus.
- Experience in web crawling, data collection, processing, and integrating external data sources is a plus.
- Experiences with HS Code Classification is a plus.
- Candidates from a premier institute are preferred.
