About the Role
Join our Customer Success team as an Implementation Engineer Intern and play a crucial role in helping our customers successfully deploy AI agents that transform their operations.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and implement AI agent solutions best suited for their needs.
- Guide customers through technical setup including integrations, configurations, and workflow optimization
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide creative solutions to complex customer problems
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders - bridge between customer SPOCs and internal product/tech teams for integrations and deployments
- Ticketing - address escalations and meet administrative ticket SLAs with the solution team's assistance
- Become a conversational AI expert - proactively analyze customer data, propose solutions, and suggest next steps to increase value
Requirements
- Experience: Recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Technical curiosity - comfortable with APIs, integrations, and learning new technologies (not required to be a developer)
- Problem-solving mindset
