Application Software Engineer (OBC & DCDC)

Responsibilities

• Customer Project Software Development & Architecture Design
  • Responsible for the development of customized application layer software (ASW) for OBC and DCDC customers.
  • Deeply involved in software solution design, modeling, and continuous code optimization.
• Software Requirements Interface & Clarification
  • Act as a software technical interface, directly engaging with domestic and international OEMs.
  • Efficiently acquire, analyze, and clarify customer software functional requirements.
• Software Project Schedule Management & Coordination
  • Coordinate and drive internal software development and testing progress.
  • Coordinate resources across modules to ensure timely and high-quality software deliverables meet project milestones.
• Technical Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
  • Lead the resolution of critical software and technical issues arising during customer project integration, testing, and vehicle debugging stages.
  • Drive the final closure of technical solutions on the customer side.
• Platform Development & Component Library Maintenance
  • Actively participate in software platform development.
  • Responsible for maintaining, refactoring, and continuously improving the software platform component library, enhancing code reusability and development efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably with a background in automotive power supply (OBC/DCDC) or new energy vehicle powertrain software development.
• Professional Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficient in C language or Model-Based Design (MBD) development.
  • Understanding of automotive power supply topology and control algorithms is a plus.
• Process Standards & Quality Awareness
  • Familiar with automotive software development processes (V-model) and quality management standards.
  • Experience with ASPICE or functional safety (ISO 26262) project development is a plus.
• Language & Cross-cultural Communication
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to communicate seamlessly as a technical representative with domestic and international customers and global R&D teams for in-depth technical exchanges.
