About the Role

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will support the design and delivery of digital solutions using analytics and automation tools for business and operational use. You will work with structured and unstructured data from multiple systems to solve ambiguous business problems.

Responsibilities

• Build business-ready dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand trends, exceptions, risks, and performance.
• Help identify insights using data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics thinking, including opportunities related to ML, AI, and big data where relevant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change requests in IT systems, and participate in testing and validation activities after deployment.
• Translate business needs into simple, clear analytical outputs and support adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• This role is positioned for fresh graduates / early-career talent with strong internships, projects, certifications, or academic exposure in analytics, dashboards, automation, or data problem-solving.

Required Competencies

• Strong fundamentals in SQL, Python, AI/ML, Power Automation.
• Hands-on experience in data visualization tools, especially Power BI and preferably Qlik.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and data science fundamentals.
