About the Role
The Founder’s Office exists to multiply the CPO’s impact. You will work directly with Gautam Prem Jain (Co-founder & CPO) on the most critical and time-sensitive priorities. This includes strategic projects, investor communication, client escalations, cross-functional execution, and new initiatives that don’t yet have a defined owner. This role offers exposure most people take a decade to earn — and expects you to earn it every week.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects
- Own high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
- Build frameworks, models, and decision-making decks.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and adjacent opportunities with a commercial lens.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Track OKRs across Product, Delivery, CS, and Support.
- Identify and resolve blockers proactively.
- Run weekly reviews — prep, notes, follow-ups, ownership.
Investor & External Relations
- Prepare board decks, investor updates, and one-pagers.
- Manage communication with investors and strategic partners.
- Support external presence — content, speaking, analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester).
Client & Commercial Support
- Support key client interactions with structured pre-reads and follow-ups.
- Assist in large deal coordination — SOWs, addendums, negotiations.
- Identify hidden ARR opportunities across accounts.
Operations
- Bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving areas.
- Build playbooks, SOPs, and decision frameworks.
- Enable teams to operate independently without constant CPO involvement.
Requirements
Must-haves
- 3–6 years in consulting, investment banking, startups, or high-intensity analytical roles.
- Exceptional written communication (investor + client-ready clarity).
- Strong analytical skills (models, P&L understanding, commercial thinking).
- High ownership mindset — proactive and execution-driven.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving scope.
Strong Plus
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience working closely with founders.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Jira.
