DevOps Support Professional

Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Support Professional with 3–5 years of experience to support application deployments, release management, and production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in managing releases, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage application releases across environments.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot production and non-production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging of application and infrastructure problems.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Maintain deployment documentation, release schedules, and operational procedures.
• Assist in incident management and provide timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding release status, incidents, and resolutions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, or Application Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of release management processes and deployment activities.
• Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting applications and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments and basic cloud concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Exposure to scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) is an advantage.
