Data Analyst Project Intern

About the Role

Our Operations team moderates millions of videos globally every day, ensuring only safe content reaches our users. The Workflow Management team builds and optimizes moderation business processes, monitors performance, and continuously seeks areas for improvement in efficiency and high safety standards.

As a Project Intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects, gaining professional real-world experience and practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment. This role will help you develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely reporting for the assigned business line.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
• Develop a robust MIS framework to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
• Prepare reports based on analysis and present them to management.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and use complex formulas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating impactful and meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
