About the Role

We are looking for Backend Developers who can architect, scale, and secure mission-critical financial systems and APIs. This is an on-site, office-based position with a focus on collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Work on high-availability, low-latency systems used in real transactions.
• Integrate with banking partners, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Ensure strong security, data validation, and compliance in every module.
• Monitor performance and optimize databases & server logic.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js / Express / NestJS (or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of API design, security, authentication, and scalability.
• Knowledge of queues, caching, background jobs (Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Strong debugging & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write production-grade, secure, and clean code.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in fintech / payments / banking integrations.
• Microservices architecture.
• Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS / RBI security practices.
• AWS / GCP experience.
