AI/ML Junior Developer

About the Role

This role is for a Jr Software Developer within the Transformation team, focusing on AI development projects for FRS across Paris, APAC, Nar, and the UK. The primary activities involve development and maintenance, with a focus on Python, Oracle PL/SQL, and an understanding of AI. The position offers an opportunity to develop knowledge in financial and credit risk topics within BNP Paribas' information system.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and improve AI components under guidance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Assist in the implementation of new features and maintain existing ones.
• Identify, track, and resolve bugs.
• Contribute to technical specifications and user manuals to ensure transparency.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Integrate AI tools, LLMs, and APIs.
• Contribute to overall FR&S and ISPL Vision goals as directed by Team and Department Management.

Technical Requirements

• Languages & Databases: Python, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
• Methodologies: Agile working methods
• Testing: Unit testing, Integration testing, Acceptance testing
• APIs: API integration
• AI/ML: Prompt tuning and experimentation, general understanding of AI concepts.

Education Level
