About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy developer who loves solving puzzles and talking to people? Nexshift.ai is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to help onboard, support, and build custom setups for its users.
In this role, you won’t just be writing code in isolation. You will be the bridge between our product and our users. You will learn how our technology works inside out and write scripts, connect APIs, and configure our product so that it works perfectly for our users' specific needs. Responsibilities
- User Implementation: Help onboard new users by configuring our product and setting up initial integrations to fit their workflows.
- Write Integration Scripts: Use basic coding (Python, JavaScript, or APIs) to connect our platform with the tools and systems our users already use.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and debug technical issues raised by users, providing them with clear, friendly solutions.
- Product Feedback: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground. Tell our core product team what users love and what features they are asking for.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers with strong personal projects or internship experience are highly welcome!).
- Basic Coding Skills: Good foundational knowledge of at least one programming language (like Python or JavaScript) and a basic understanding of how APIs and databases work.
- Great Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English. You should be able to explain technical things simply to users.
- Quick Learner: You love exploring new tools, reading documentation, and figuring out how things work under the hood.
- Location: Remote (India).
