About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Solutions Developer to join our Product team responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting cloud-based Contact Center and AI solutions built on Amazon Connect and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, implement and support solutions built on AWS and other Cloud technologies.
- Build integrations between contact center platforms, AI services, ITSM tools, and enterprise applications.
- Assist in the delivery of AI-powered capabilities including AI Agents, Agent Assist, RAG solutions, translation services and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience, academic exposure, or strong interest in AI & LLM Technologies, Software Development, Frontend Development, Cloud & DevOps.
- Professional Skills: Problem solving, technical troubleshooting and debugging skills, stakeholder engagement, technical communication, Agile delivery, teamwork, and continuous learning.
