Join IMC as a Software Engineer Intern. As an intern, you will gain real-world engineering experience. The internship program focuses on enhancing your knowledge of algorithm complexity, data structures, and fluent code writing. Your responsibilities extend beyond programming to include building knowledge of our business model and fostering relationships across our trading and technology teams.
You will be supported by a dedicated Mentor who will oversee your projects and professional development. Interns will have access to classroom sessions, pair programming, code reviews, and engaging social activities and events.
What We Look For
- Student in the penultimate year of Software Engineering or Computer Science with a current GPA of 8.00 or higher.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complicated problems programmatically.
- Proficient experience in a programming language (Java or C++ preferred).
- Willingness to interact and work closely with non-engineers in a constantly changing environment.
- Interest in the Financial Markets; previous knowledge is NOT required.
