About the Role
Join our Engineering team to build and maintain highly reliable backend systems powering our lending platform. In this role, you'll troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, build automation, and work alongside Backend, Platform, and DevOps teams to improve system reliability. If you enjoy debugging distributed systems and solving real-world engineering problems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own L3 production support for backend applications and services.
- Debug issues across APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Build automation and internal tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with Backend, Platform, DevOps, QA, and Product teams to resolve production issues.
- Improve monitoring, observability, and platform reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical production incidents.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of software engineering experience (exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems, DBMS, Computer Networks, and OOP.
- Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Go.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Linux, and backend debugging.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud, CI/CD, or monitoring tools is a plus.
