About the Role
The Software Engineer I is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating data and integration platforms, incorporating AI/ML capabilities for intelligent automation, anomaly detection, and predictive insights, while also providing day-to-day technical and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Drive Hands-on Engineering & Solution Implementation
- Design, build, and operate Azure-based solutions with strong focus on security, scalability, reliability, and cost awareness.
- Develop and optimize SQL-based data solutions, including queries, transformations, and performance tuning for operational and analytical workloads.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to enable reliable, repeatable deployments across environments.
- Work with end to end solutions from data orchestration to building reports.
- Engage directly with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including architecture notes, pipeline designs, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent degree with 1+ years of experience
- Proven hands-on experience in any writing codes in any languages.
- Strong on SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with datawarehouse and governance practices.
- Nice to have experience in Power BI or familiarity AI/ML model integration into applications
