Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions. You will work within a feature team, utilizing your experience to engineer software, scripts, and complex tools, while liaising with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Working in permanent teams responsible for the full software lifecycle, from initial development through enhancement and maintenance to replacement or decommissioning.
- Collaborating to optimize our software engineering capability.
- Designing, producing, testing, and implementing working code.
- Integrating APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in AI/ML.
Requirements
You will need a background in software engineering, software design, and architecture, along with an understanding of how your expertise supports our customers.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2025 or 2026 BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech graduates with academic, internship, or project experience in Java and/or AI/ML technologies.
- Experience working with development, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
- Experience with DevOps, Testing, and Agile methodologies and associated toolsets.
- A background in solving highly complex, analytical, and numerical problems.
