Role Overview

We’re seeking a skilled SDE I – Full Stack to create the backbone of an internal solution for millions of data points and stitching all internal operations. You’ll own the end-to-end technical development, all frontier AI solution building for the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and own data pipelines that pull order, inventory, shipment, return, and payment data from multiple softwares into a central AWS database (Postgres/RDS).
  • Build the first set of business dashboards (Grafana or equivalent) on top of this data for leadership and finance reporting.
  • Create internal ERP solution to keep a track of all products, process lifecycle management.
  • Build internal ERP modules for product lifecycle management, inventory management, procurement, and operational workflows.
  • Develop AI-powered tools for demand forecasting, inventory planning, merchandising, customer support, and workflow automation.
  • Build AI brain for major decision making and forecasting of supply chain decisions.
  • Create WebApp for the brand.
  • Ideate and implement AI solutions to make process automated.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ experience in software development.
  • B Tech CS background.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or directly with founders is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about start up culture and ready to dive into something new everyday.
  • Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
