About the Role
This position is part of Western Digital's Early Career program, designed to support individuals beginning their professional journey. The program provides foundational training through structured onboarding, mentorship, and a comprehensive development curriculum.
Qualifications
- Specific Qualifications: TBD (To be determined by the hiring team)
- Education: Current student, pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation: Must be graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $35.24 - $47.00 per hour (Non-Exempt position)
Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay pursuant to company policy and applicable laws.
Shift Differential: May be eligible for shift differential pay, depending on the assigned shift.
Incentive Programs:
- Eligible for consideration for bonuses under WD’s Short Term Incentive Plan (“STI Plan”) or the Sales Incentive Plan (“SIP”) based on company and individual performance.
- May be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents. (Note: Not all roles are eligible for LTI program or equity.)
