About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end development across our platform and data services.
You will play a key role in building scalable systems, improving developer experience, and contributing to high-quality product delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment.
This is a backend-heavy full-stack role, with approximately 80% backend development and 20% frontend development. The primary focus is on Java and Spring Framework, while React and TypeScript are used for building and maintaining frontend applications. We're looking for engineers with strong backend expertise who are comfortable contributing across the full stack when needed.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend features on our orchestration platform in Java
- Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and test coverage, while maintaining and guiding project-level AI coding standards
- Continuously improve developer experience and codebase efficiency
- Uphold a strong testing and documentation culture
- Provide L3 support for production systems, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of issues
Requirements
- 2+ Years Experience with Core Technology Stack
- Java
- Spring Framework
- React
- TypeScript
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in regulated finance, fintech, or blockchain
- Knowledge of data security, segregation, and compliance practices
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability tooling (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
