Full Stack Builder

About the Role

This is a full-time role for an individual capable of understanding a real problem, building a complete feature, and taking it from requirement to production. You will work on SPEXA and other Truffaire products—software running inside real business operations. This position is open to freshers only; selection begins with a two-month paid internship.

Responsibilities

• Build complete product features, not fragments of them.
• Work across the full application—interface, logic, data.
• Translate business requirements into reliable software.
• Improve and extend products already in use by clients.
• Debug and resolve issues independently.
• Test and ship production-ready work.
• Take ownership of modules as you grow into them.

Requirements

• Freshers only—this role is not open to candidates with prior professional experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Able to read an existing codebase and work out how it fits together.
• Comfortable figuring things out without being handed the answer.
• Clear communication, in writing and in person.
• Willingness to own what you ship, including when it breaks.

Bonus

• Things you have actually built—projects, tools, anything running.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript or Node.
• Experience with databases and APIs.
• A habit of reading source rather than only documentation.

Selection Process

Selected candidates begin with a two-month paid internship at Truffaire. The internship is a paid engagement, not an unpaid trial. During this period, we assess engineering ability, problem-solving skills, quality of execution, ownership, learning speed, and communication and reliability. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance across those areas will be considered for a full-time position. Conversion to a full-time role is based on performance during the internship and is not automatic; the internship does not guarantee a full-time offer.
