Founding Engineer - AI / Agentic Systems

About the Role

We are hiring a Founding Engineer to work on real-world AI systems: agentic AI workflows, orchestration systems, memory pipelines, and production-grade infrastructure powering conversational AI experiences over WhatsApp and other platforms.

This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you will work closely with the founders, ship quickly, and build real products used by real users.

Responsibilities

What you will work on:

• Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
• AI orchestration and tool integrations
• Memory and retrieval systems
• Backend infrastructure and APIs
• Automation pipelines and async systems
• Product experimentation and rapid iteration

• LangGraph, MCP, LLM integrations

• AWS, Terraform
• Modern AI tooling and infrastructure
