About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our development team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and building scalable software solutions. You will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain applications while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Work Mode: Work from Office Span of Control: Individual Contributor

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews and learn best coding practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to team meetings and share ideas for improving systems and processes

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience: 0–1 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Skills: Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
