About the Role
As an Associate Engineer, Full Stack, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack software applications, contributing to the complete software development lifecycle. This hybrid role is based in Pune, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS and Azure platforms.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and WebSocket-based services.
- Follow coding standards, software development best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage source code using GitHub and participate in code reviews.
- Implement software solutions using modern architecture and design patterns such as Clean Architecture, CQRS, and DDD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing performance and reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in software development or application development.
Skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.
- Understanding of Full Stack Development concepts and modern application architectures.
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and application integration.
- Familiarity with GitHub, version control systems, and Git Flow methodologies.
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
