Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning models and algorithms to power our innovative products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly into existing and new applications.
• Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to explore novel AI methodologies, improve model performance, and enhance product capabilities.
• Optimize AI/ML models for efficiency, scalability, and robust deployment in a production environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
• Contribute actively to the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation through to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and ethical deployment of data and AI models across all projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Strong background in software development, data science, or a related technical discipline, demonstrating a clear evolution into AI/ML.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, and experience with relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
