AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy robust & scalable AI/ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust & scalable AI/ML models in production.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and define success metrics.
• Build RAG pipelines integrating vector stores, semantic search, and document parsing.
• Integrate Multimodal Conversational AI platforms (voice, vision, text).
• Drive innovation through PoCs and experiments with emerging AI models.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics guidelines & data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Work with data engineers, developers, and domain experts to integrate AI into systems.
• Conduct AI/ML training sessions for internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BTech/MCA/MSc) in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Transformer architectures, RAG, Vector DBs.
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Multi-agent Systems & Multimodal AI.
• Cloud AI/ML exposure (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
