About the Technology Group & Scaled AI Practice

ZS's Scaled AI practice is a part of ZS's rich and advanced AI ecosystem. In the Associate role, you will focus on creating continuous business value for clients using a range of innovative machine learning, deep learning, and engineering capabilities. You will collaborate with data scientists to create state-of-the-art AI models, utilize cutting-edge ML platforms, create and deploy advanced ML pipelines, and manage the complete ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create GenAI applications such as answering engines, extraction components, and content authoring.
• Develop RAG-based pipelines using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Utilize various LLMs like Azure OpenAI effectively.
• Craft and optimize prompts using different strategies, including providing context and zero-shot techniques.
• Create prompts that efficiently guide LLMs to generate outputs meeting business requirements.
• Apply solid working knowledge of engineering components essential in a Gen AI application, including Vector DB, caching layer, chunking, and embedding.
• Scale GenAI or similar applications to accommodate high user numbers, large data sizes, and reduce response time.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated expertise in Python, AWS/Azure, Data Science, and GenAI tools, along with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and be innovative in creating solutions.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the programming languages: PySpark, Python, Java, or Scala.
• Understanding of programming basics, including Data Structures.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions on distributed computing and cloud services platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluency in English.
• Client-first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and a problem-solving approach.

Working Model & Travel
