About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build LLM-powered workflows for industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and Python.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate LLM-powered workflows
- Implement agentic apps that plan, call tools/APIs, and maintain state across tasks
- Build RAG pipelines end-to-end
- Own prompt engineering and evaluation
- Productionize with observability, cost controls, and fallbacks
- Ship backend services and APIs integrating with data stores, vector DBs, and time-series sources
Requirements
- Hands-on with LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- Strong Python; RESTful services; clean, tested code
- RAG in production — vector databases and embeddings
- Solid grasp of agent patterns
- Prompt design, safety/guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
- Cloud and deployment basics
- Strong debugging mindset and a bias to ship
