The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to build agentic AI that ships. You will work directly out of the Founder & CEO's office on agentic systems that run in production, not prototypes in notebooks. This involves real problems, real ownership, and a direct line to how decisions are made.

• A builder: You have already built an AI agent that runs in production with a working demo.
• Agentic-first: You understand tool use, multi-step reasoning, and autonomous decisions, not just a prompt.
• A systems thinker: You see how pieces connect and design before you code.
• Execution-oriented: You prioritize, move fast, and close loops.
• Self-directed: You figure things out without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship deep AI agents across product, content, and GTM.
• Prototype deep AI agents that automate workflow and unlock new capabilities for the business.
• Partner with product, content, and GTM leaders to surface gaps and architect agentic solutions.
• Research current AI tools and architectures to inform future development.
• Go from idea to a functioning agent quickly, then iterate on real usage.

Application Requirements

To apply, you must submit:

• A 90–120 second recording of your agent running live, taking an input, calling tools, and returning a real output.
• Voiceover walk-throughs are preferred. No slides or narration over a static screen.
• Share the demo in the application as a Google Drive, Loom, or unpublished YouTube link.

Program Details

• Program Duration: 3–6 months full-time, immersive internship.
• Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site, in person from day one).
• Eligibility: B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD students, Class of 2026, and recent graduates.
• Travel: Opportunity for travel depending on the project.
• Full-time Path: An offer for top builders with a chance to convert to a full-time role on the team.
• Compensation:
  • Internship: INR 30,000–50,000 per month
  • Full-time: INR 6–8.5 LPA
• Expected Joining: On or before 15 July 2026.
